Christian Schreiber, Swiss, born February 16 1960, lic.rer.pol. University of Berne Christian is a Berne University graduate in economics and business administration and he was a visiting MBA student in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets at the William Simon Business School in Rochester NY, USA. |

| In 1986, Christian started his career with the Corporate Finance and M&A department of one of the big four accounting firms. During his five years, he mainly focused on financial modelling, valuations and due diligence. He was among the pioneers to introduce the DCF-method and the Rappaport valuation concept to the accounting profession in Switzerland. | |||
| From 1992 to 2000, Christian assumed line functions. In one of them, he was the CFO of the Swiss operations of a multinational consumer goods company. The other two functions were in the electromechanical and software industry: One as divisional controller of an international group producing and marketing power supplies, involving restructuring and turnaround management, the other one as CFO of one of the leading Swiss based companies in software engineering, process and product engineering which grew from 100 to 200 highly skilled employees and to offices in Frankfurt and London during Christian's time as CFO. | |||
